The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center plans to negotiate a sole source contract with GE Healthcare to provide services for software upgrades and integration of the GE Hemodynamic Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS), Centricity Cardio Workflow (CCW) systems at several VA medical facilities. The facilities included are Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Madison, and Edward Hines VA Medical Center in Hines.

GE Healthcare, as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), is the only authorized provider of these services for the designated systems. This procurement will be executed as a firm fixed price contract under simplified acquisition procedures.

Interested firms must submit detailed information about their capabilities, products, and relevant references from existing customers by March 11, 2026. Submissions will be reviewed, but the government retains discretion over whether to compete this acquisition.
