DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide electrification services for existing neighborhood gateway signs. The scope of work includes delivering electrical service to illuminate these signs, which requires demolition, trenching, and backfilling for the installation of electrical conduit. Additional responsibilities involve the installation and termination of conductors, restoration of surface improvements such as enhanced concrete pavement and asphalt, application of traffic striping and signage, and implementation of temporary traffic control measures.

Minor water pollution control best management practices are also expected to be followed as part of the project. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by July 2, 2026.
