The Village of New York seeks a qualified vendor to lead the transformation of its gateway and streetscape along Main Street. The scope includes enhancing walkways, landscaping, and design elements, as well as constructing a distinctive gateway feature to foster a welcoming and pedestrian-friendly downtown environment. Comprehensive streetscape enhancements will span the entire length of Main Street, aiming to establish the area as a vibrant community destination.

In addition, the selected firm will develop and implement a new branding initiative for the downtown area. This includes creating a new village brand and logo, and producing both print and digital branding materials, along with guidance on their use to promote the downtown as a desirable destination. The project encompasses all phases—from project initiation and design drafts, through environmental quality review, final plans, permitting, bidding support, to construction management and project completion.
