NASA is seeking to renew its subscription for PTC Inc. software products for fiscal year 2026. The procurement will be conducted as a sole source contract awarded to PTC Inc., based in Boston, Massachusetts, as they have been identified as the exclusive provider of these software services to NASA.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the required services electronically by March 11, 2026. These submissions will be evaluated only to determine if a competitive acquisition is warranted. The government retains discretion on whether to pursue an open competition based on the responses received. Applicable procurement policies, including the NASA Clause 1852.215–84 for ombudsman services, will be observed throughout the process.
