The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to The MathWorks, Inc. for the provision of MathWorks software master licenses. The needed product items include master licenses with product numbers 30143378, 31109999, and 31266138, each with a quantity of one lot. The period of performance for this license is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

This action is being pursued in accordance with FAR 13.106–1(b) for soliciting to one source, and is classified under NAICS code 513210. The government will consider responses only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties must provide clear and convincing evidence of their capability and competitive advantage to the government by the stated deadline. All responses must be received electronically by April 9, 2026, 10AM (EST).
