A Maryland agency is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive fundraising services aimed at advancing its institutional goals. The primary objectives are to increase the Alumni Participation Rate (APR) and generate a minimum of $500,000 in annual fundraising revenue.

The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that boost alumni engagement and giving, including donor stewardship and cultivation initiatives to foster long-term relationships. The work involves integrating and optimizing core fundraising technology systems such as Ellucian Advance, Anthology Encompass, Blackbaud FE NXT, and Authorize.Net, as well as utilizing tools like Gratavid/Thankview for personalized video messaging and Mongoose or similar platforms for text-based outreach.

Additionally, the vendor will create and manage multi-platform campaigns, employing direct mail, email, text messaging, and social media to reach potential donors and alumni. The contract is set for a three-year period, providing the opportunity for sustained and strategic fundraising growth.
