(1) Vendor needs to provide fundraising scenario planning tool. – Identify and implement a robust and reliable Scenario Planning Tool to support the development, appraisal and optimisation of private sector fundraising investment strategies across Organization offices in approximately 24 countries. – Design and development of a global modular solution that facilitates the deployment of the end–to–end solution. – The implementation partner is expected to complete the solution design and development for any modules that they propose to deliver as part of the end–to–end solution. – Design a global Scenario Planning Tool supporting the English language and can be applied across diverse contexts and used consistently across Organization and its member offices. – Produce or replace detailed operational or programme–level budgeting tools for fundraising activities.
