(1) Vendor needs to provide fundraising consultant service. – Plan and execute a time–bound fundraising effort to secure philanthropic and employer–supported resources. – The Contractor shall develop and deliver a comprehensive written fundraising plan that includes, at minimum: 1. A phased fundraising strategy aligned to the timeline and milestones. 2. A clear “case for support” and core messaging framework suitable for foundations, employers and corporate sponsors, and individual donors. 3. Donor journey and stewardship approach by segment (foundation, corporate, individual). 4. A KPI dashboard structure and reporting approach (defined metrics, definitions, frequency, and data sources). 5. A proposed internal operating cadence (meetings, approvals, drafting cycles, and decision points). – The Contractor shall conduct structured prospect research and cultivation planning – The Contractor shall execute and/or support outreach activities to move prospects through the funnel. – The Contractor shall provide proposal development services. – The Contractor shall solicit and close corporate sponsorships and partnerships. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
