The state of Missouri is seeking a qualified consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising campaign. The consultant will be responsible for creating a detailed fundraising strategy, particularly focused on soliciting major gifts. This includes an individualized approach for the top 50 prospects, along with the development of a prospect list segmented by criteria such as engagement potential and projected gift amounts.

Key deliverables include a comprehensive needs assessment and feasibility study, a final report summarizing campaign outcomes, challenges, and recommendations, as well as a stewardship plan to track donor engagement after contributions are made. The consultant will also be expected to establish clear, measurable objectives for the campaign, design tailored donor segmentation strategies, identify major gift prospects using databases and screening tools, and oversee campaign communications, messaging, and leadership engagement.
