(1) Vendor needs to provide fundraising campaign brand, messaging strategy and creative development service. – Provide messaging and positioning strategies and implementation support for upcoming comprehensive fundraising campaign. – Develop an overarching campaign message that weaves together priorities and plans. – Analyse available market research and agency efforts such as the strategic plan (in development), agency–wide initiatives, unit cases for support and priorities, and audience insights; develop an overarching idea with accompanying strategy, positioning, messaging and creative concepts; and development of key campaign deliverables such as a video and advertising spot, media strategy and campaign launch recommendations. – Analysis, synthesis, and insights from which to build a cohesive and effective campaign brand using existing research and documents and conducting or partnering to fill market research gaps as needed. – Style Guide for the campaign – Development of campaign video and TV spot concept and possibly production of key deliverables. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026.
