A government authority in Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide full-service carnival operations for the upcoming Dearborn Homecoming Festival in 2026. The selected carnival company will deliver a family-oriented experience, featuring a combination of rides for children and adults, games, and concession trailers at affordable pricing. The event requires a clean, safe, and professional midway atmosphere, offering a good variety of food trailers and rides, but excluding games of chance.

The dedicated carnival space measures 330 by 300 feet. Vendors must ensure offsite storage of trailers and RVs to maximize carnival area and maintain orderliness for neighboring residences during non-festival hours. Unarmed security personnel will be required each day to monitor amusement ride lines. Additionally, ten or more carnival rides are requested for the All-Stars Day event.

The contract period is one year. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 12, 2026.
