A qualified vendor is sought to replace and install a comprehensive fuel management system. The project includes delivering and installing the new system, making all necessary electrical connections, and removing and disposing of non-essential existing equipment.
The selected vendor will program the new fuel management system and provide support with the programming of up to 150 fuel keys and cards, as necessary. If required, the vendor will replace the existing vehicle maintenance software and ensure successful data transfer from the prior system, minimizing any disruption in operations.
Additionally, the vendor will provide thorough training for Public Works employees to ensure effective system operation. A minimum of six months of technical support must be provided following installation to assist with transition and resolve any operational issues that arise.
