The FMS must support full accessibility and configuration via web browsers and an iOS-compatible application. Additionally, the system should provide robust data export capabilities, including support for Microsoft Excel and PDF formats, and allow for customizable report generation.

The selected vendor must commit to a maximum 24-hour response time to address software-related troubleshooting issues, demonstrating ongoing support and service reliability.
