(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic capture and reporting of transactions, pin-less, card-less and keyless fuel access control and security system with data capture – Vendors may offer equipment/supplies/products and services for one or more of the following categories, including, but not limited to: • Providing the following minimum system capabilities and service requirements—supporting data, locations, maps, directories, sample reports, data integration for all software programs, etc. – The system provided by Vendor must include secure encrypted wireless communications as well as include web based online management and reporting, in paper, electronic, and/or magnetic media– Provide all design, planning, configuration installation, and maintenance activities for the proposed product/service solution to be fully operational (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 3, 2026.
