The system must support secure, encrypted wireless communications, offering web-based online management and reporting options in various formats, including paper, electronic, and magnetic media.

Vendors may propose equipment, supplies, products, and related services that encompass one or more key categories, such as data integration, location mapping, directory management, and sample report generation. The selected provider will be responsible for all aspects of system design, planning, configuration, installation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure a fully operational solution.
