The system provided by Vendor must include secure encrypted wireless communications as well as include web based online management and reporting, in paper, electronic, and/or magnetic media. Vendor should develop, implement, administer and maintain a fuel controller and management system. Provide a nationwide fleet fuel controller and management system that provides electronic capture and reporting of transactions, pin-less, card-less and keyless fuel access control and security system with data capture at the pump. Vendor should develop, implement, administer and maintain a fuel controller and management system. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. (3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 3, 2026.
