The support will cover maintenance and upgrades for a laboratory information management system and eight concurrent user licenses.

The provider is expected to deliver unlimited customer support via phone, email, or online remote sessions to maintain system performance, ensure data integrity, and optimize workflow efficiency. Software updates and maintenance releases should be offered at no additional cost, ensuring the system remains secure and fully functional. Additionally, vendors must provide new version releases as they become available.
