(1) Vendor needs to provide freedom of information act request management platform.– Provide a robust, user–friendly, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request management platform that automates and streamlines the intake, processing, communication, tracking, and disposition of FOIA requests in accordance with federal FOIA requirements.– Provide a secure, centralized FOIA request management platform capable of supporting the end–to–end lifecycle of FOIA requests.– Platform should include following features and capabilities:• Centralized Request Management– Ability to receive, log, track, and manage FOIA requests through a unified interface– Secure storage and retrieval of all FOIA–related documentation, communications, and attachments• User Access and Capability– Support for a minimum of two (2) users at baseline– Role–base permission controls to ensure appropriate access and segregation of duties• Interface and Usability– Intuitive, user–friendly interface designed for low–volume FOIA environments – Simplified workflows that minimize administrative burden• Real–Time Tracking and Monitoring– Real–time status tracking for all requests, including time–stamped updates and deadlines– Dashboard or reporting views for monitoring progress, workload, and outstanding actions• Build–in tools to facilitate communication between requestors and responders(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.
