The government of Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide a robust and user-friendly Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request management platform. The selected platform must automate and streamline the intake, processing, communication, tracking, and disposition of FOIA requests, ensuring compliance with federal FOIA requirements throughout the entire request lifecycle.

Key features of the platform should include centralized request management, allowing for the receipt, logging, tracking, and management of FOIA requests through a unified interface. Secure storage and retrieval of all FOIA-related documents and communications are essential.
