(1) Vendor needs to provide fraud and abuse hotline intake and database services.– This solution must encompass both 24/7/365 intake services, accessible via phone and web reporting, and a robust database management platform.– For providing continuous hotline operations and a secure, user–friendly database to manage all reported incidents.– A critical requirement for this solution is the ability to seamlessly integrate with agency current vendors and facilitate the secure transfer of all existing hotline reports into the new database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality throughout the migration process. – Provision of 24/7/365 hotline intake services via both phone and web.– Guaranteed delivery of all hotline report notifications within 15 minutes of submission.– Deployment of trained personnel capable of adhering to agency–specific protocols and scripts.– Database must allow for hotlines to be assigned to end users for investigation.– Provision of a secure database for managing all hotline reports.– Native support for Single Sign–On functionality. • Hotline Intake Services– Supplier will provide continuous intake services via dedicated phone lines and a secure web reporting portal, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.• Database Management System– Supplier will provide a database that allows hotlines to be assigned to end users for investigation.– Supplier will include comprehensive reporting and analytics tools to support trend analysis, compliance monitoring, and operational insights.– Supplier will ensure full compatibility with Microsoft Intune Technology for device management and security policies.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on January 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.
