The National Geospatial–Intelligence Agency (NGA) is preparing for an open competition to support its Foundation Sustainment Support, Software and Integration (FS3i) needs. This future acquisition will result in a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract, with an anticipated solicitation release around April 30, 2026. The FS3i initiative encompasses providing comprehensive IT sustainment, software, and integration services to support geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) operations.
As part of the procurement process, NGA will host an FS3i Industry Day from February 2–4, 2026, at the Patriot Ridge Conference Center in Springfield, VA. This unclassified event is intended to facilitate engagement with potential industry partners and inform the final solicitation requirements. During the event, attendees may request one-on-one discussions, subject to availability and government capacity.
The contract will focus on the sustainment and delivery of information technology solutions for the Foundation GEOINT Integrated Program Office (IPF) and related capabilities supporting NGA's Source Operations & Management Directorate.
