(1) Vendor needs to provide foundation management software. • Provide at a minimum a fully functional, cloud–hosted Foundation Management Software Platform that meets the specifications herein. • Perform all services required for implementation, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go–live. • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades per the service–level expectations described. – Fundraising & Gift Processing – Event & Volunteer Management – Online Giving & Alumni Engagement – Reporting & Analytics – Grant Management – Fund Accounting • Platform: Cloud–based SaaS preferred; hosted on AWS, Azure, or GCP. • APIs: RESTful APIs for data integration and external reporting. • Testing, user acceptance, and go–live. • End–user and administrator training. • 24/7 technical support via phone and online portal. • Defined response and resolution SLAs. • Regular software updates and enhancements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
