The state of Wisconsin seeks a qualified vendor to provide a cloud-hosted Foundation Management Software Platform. The solution must support comprehensive functions including fundraising and gift processing, event and volunteer management, online giving and alumni engagement, reporting and analytics, grant management, and fund accounting. The preferred architecture is a cloud-based SaaS model, hosted on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with RESTful APIs to enable data integration and external reporting.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the full implementation lifecycle, including configuration, data migration, platform testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities. End-user and administrator training are required to ensure smooth adoption. Ongoing responsibilities include 24/7 technical support via phone and online portal, adherence to defined SLAs for response and resolution, regular software updates, and continuous maintenance and enhancements throughout the five-year contract term.
