The Maryland state health benefit exchange is seeking a vendor to provide a 12-month subscription service for Fortiflex and Fortiidentity solutions. This service includes a prepaid Fortiflex (formerly Flex-VM) subscription license for the specified contract term, as well as a Fortipoint license package with 50,000 Fortipoints. It is noted that points added from this SKU will have a three-year expiration period.

Additionally, the requirement includes a cloud-managed Fortiidentity annual subscription to cover between 25 and 499 users. This subscription provides 125 SMS credits per user and includes Forticare premium support for the duration of the agreement.
