Vendor needs to provide formative and summative assessment platform. – Assist the agency in the development and administration of its summative and formative assessment programs in English language arts, mathematics, and science for students in grades K–8 and the subject areas tested in high school. – The proposed assessment platform must include a robust, standards–aligned scoring solution for constructed response and writing prompt items. – The system shall provide an automated or AI–supported scoring option that mirrors the rigor, reliability and validity of scoring methodologies used in high–stakes, standardized assessments. – Utilize AI or a comparable scoring engine trained on grade–level standards aligned to the agency standards, agency–approved rubrics and benchmark performance expectations. – Demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and bias–mitigation comparable to human–scored, large–scale testing environments. – Provide transparent scoring criteria, including trait–level feedback. – Enable human–in–the–loop review and override capabilities for quality assurance and calibration. – Create a customized plan that includes timelines for professional development and support that includes recommendations for training of agency principals, technical onboarding assistance, online job–embedded resources, and easy online access to chat with support professionals. – Testing security and support for special populations. – Post all reports to a secure website/portal hosted by the vendor in an easy–to–read format and the reporting system shall be designed to complement and improve classroom instruction. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2026.
