This planning functionality must align with both regulatory and operational priorities.

Additionally, the system must include commitment tracking capabilities to accurately record and manage commitments made during consultations with Indigenous communities, licensees, and other stakeholders. The platform should document details such as the party responsible, the timing, and the context of each commitment, ensuring full accountability.

Integrated data capture features are required, including Outlook integration for capturing emails and meeting details, a mobile application for field staff, and a web platform for office-based users, supporting seamless information management across various environments.
