Vendor needs to provide footpath decal design, production, and installation services. • Vendor to design, produce, coordinate placement, install, maintain, and remove custom footpath decals • Develop creative, visually engaging decal designs that align with branding and the specific themes of each city–wide conference. • Thematic elements such as seasonal motifs, visuals by market segment, or other elements, as requested; • Provide digital mockups for review and approval prior to finalizing designs. • Pre–production samples shall be provided for approval prior to production of final product. • Banner Installation, Maintenance and Removal • Banner Production • Reporting and Billing: Invoicing should include proof of performance for all items being billed (e.g. digital proof agreed–upon, timeline for the design, production, installation, etc., and images showing completion of services).
