School Nutrition Services in Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based food service software solution along with full support and implementation services. The goal is to transition from an older version of Horizon Point of Service to a modern, fully integrated system that can address both current and future operational needs for the School Nutrition Program.

The desired software will manage all aspects of cafeteria operations, including meal and menu planning, nutritional analysis, point of sale operations, student and family management, eligibility tracking, online parent services, site setups and maintenance, as well as purchasing, order processing, inventory, and production management. The system should be customizable, user-friendly, and capable of supporting both front of house and back of house requirements.
