The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is seeking qualified firms to provide independent financial statement audit services in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS). This market research notice is intended to supplement the solicitation posted on GSA eBuy under the MAS 8(a) Pool Competitive Set–Aside, Request ID RFQ1798262.
Vendors must possess an active GSA MAS contract and participate in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. An active AICPA Peer Review is required for firms performing federal financial statement audits. Firms unable to access the GSA eBuy posting but capable of meeting requirements may submit a capability statement, demonstrating qualifications and relevant experience with federal audits under GAGAS.
Capability statements should include key company information, confirmation of SBA 8(a) status, contract numbers, relevant certifications, and federal audit experience. Responses will be accepted until March 12, 2026.
