(1) Vendor needs to provide flow cytometer analyzer maintenance service to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD. • Covers all costs of on–site repair service, including emergency repair, parts, labor, travel, telephone support for troubleshooting • Provides 2 preventative maintenance visits per year • Service is to be performed by a factory trained field service representative. • Service is to be provided between normal business hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday • Invoices the government quarterly in arrears • Performs emergency calls within 48 hours of notification • The contractor must provide the completion service report once the service is completed
