DESCRIPTION


The procuring agency seeks a vendor to administer flexible spending account plans for health care, dependent care, community transit, and commuter parking. Services will include plan setup and implementation, transition support from the incumbent administrator, employee and employer enrollment and eligibility administration, claims adjudication, reimbursement processing, debit card issuance and transaction review, participant support, account maintenance, and year-end processing.

The vendor will also prepare employer and participant communications, forms, and educational materials; provide standard and custom utilization, financial, and compliance reporting; maintain strong privacy and data security protections; and coordinate with Payroll and Treasury for file exchanges and funding processes.
