The State of West Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, web-based fleet management GPS tracking system. The solution should include telematics GPS asset management software comparable to GeoTab, along with all necessary licenses, system implementation, technical support, professional services, installation, and user training.

The selected provider will supply and install GPS tracking hardware in a range of vehicle asset categories, utilizing data collection via ODB II or alternative diagnostic connectors. Collected data must be transmitted wirelessly and made available through the tracking system for real-time monitoring, reporting, diagnostic code alerts, and equipment notifications. The system should also support troubleshooting functions such as firmware updates and device health monitoring.

The contract for these services will be for a one-year term. Vendors should demonstrate the ability to deliver reliable installation, data management, and ongoing support for the full suite of fleet management tracking requirements.
