Fleet Management Information System Implementation Services (Due July 30, 2026)

The opportunity seeks implementation services for an organization-wide fleet management information system using a commercial off-the-shelf platform. The system will support work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, staff assignment, and expense tracking.

Must be a commercially available, fully supported Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution currently in production at multiple public sector agencies.
Must have standard processes for software development and related services.
Must have a documented Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) including vulnerability management, penetration testing, code review, and annual third-party security assessments.
Must be registered as a vendor through the City of Sunnyvale Procurement Bids and RFPs Vendor Portal.
Must possess a current, valid Sunnyvale business license or submit an application at the time of contract award.
Must provide a minimum one-year warranty period effective at final software acceptance.
Must provide insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability ($2M per occurrence/$4M aggregate), Data Processing Errors and Omissions ($2M), and Automobile Liability ($1M).
Must comply with the City's Wage Theft Prevention Policy.
Must be a browser-only solution requiring no installation on user devices (if SaaS).
Must support SSO integration with Azure Multi-Factor Authentication.
