The Town of Parker, Colorado, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide architectural services for its fleet and facilities divisions. The fleet division is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the Town's expanding vehicular and heavy equipment fleet, supported by a team consisting of a fleet or facilities manager, fleet superintendent, and three fleet technicians.
The facilities division maintains and repairs the Town’s inventory of approximately 30 buildings, totaling about 600,000 square feet. Staff in this division includes one fleet or facilities manager, one facilities superintendent, two facilities crew leaders, one facility maintenance coordinator, and five facilities maintenance technicians. Prospective vendors should submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than March 27, 2026. Site tours are scheduled for March 25, 2026.
The selected architectural firm will support ongoing and future projects to ensure optimal operations and infrastructure for both divisions as the Town continues to grow.
