A government authority in Denver, CO is seeking qualified vendors to provide fixed asset replacement services in civil and mechanical disciplines. The scope of work includes job-order contracting services for civil, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC projects. Specific tasks involve lighting replacements at metering stations, digester feed pumps replacement, installation of rack replacements for north bar screens, recoating and replacement of north grit washers, and roof repairs and replacement at the RWHTF facility.

Additional services required include procurement and installation of inspection hatches for digester roofs, replacement of 40 FRP doors and frames, upgrades to NSEC polymer dosing stations, digital sign replacement at the north security gate, and recoating of various BDSF centrate line fittings. The contract also covers repairs and removal of broken p-traps in specific digester gas rooms, installation of isolation valves for the scum system, evaluation and remedial work on unleaded gasoline storage tanks, installation of reverse ratchets on vertical turbine pumps, and replacement of HVAC pumps and influent grinders at pump stations. Pipe repairs and drive replacements at various locations are also included.

The contract will be awarded for a one-year period. Vendors must submit any questions regarding the project by December 23, 2025.
