Vendor needs to provide fiscal map dashboard and data infrastructure service.– Agency is seeking a vendor to develop a comprehensive technology solution to mitigate these limitations with three integrated objectives that address both immediate analytical needs and long–term sustainability of the fiscal mapping initiative. First, the vendor will develop an interactive Power BI dashboard that transforms the $825 million fiscal map into a dynamic analytical tool with self–service access for 50–75 primary users across 10–12 agencies. Second, the vendor will build technology infrastructure and supporting materials for a repeatable process for updating the data that reduces agency burden while FY25 (and future fiscal year) data is collected. Third, the vendor will develop a roadmap that outlines a more centralized process to pull appropriations data from the Minnesota data warehouse, request spending data on Medicaid covered services, and integrate state expenditure data.
