(1) Vendor needs to provide firing range construction service to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Provide and install 42” x 40’ culvert in existing ditch to create entrance to Firing range parking lot.– Move dirt located on grounds at Larned State Correctional Facility to construct a Firing Range.– Range area will be 200’ x 400’ plus a parking lot and entrance drive.– Parking lot size will be 200’ x 100’.– Grade and compact dirt as needed.– Build up total area for proper slope and drainage (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 21, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026.
