(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks show services.– Provide services for the organization and execution of a spectacular Fireworks Display.– This year's event is going to be bigger than previous years for America's 250th Anniversary. – Ensure a safe, high–quality, and memorable fireworks display that aligns with the expectations of the city and its constituents.– The display must last a minimum of 20 minutes.– Provide a minimum of 850 aerial shells and additional ground displays.– Display shall include an opening, main body, and grand finale sequence.– Each segment shall include a variety of shell size, effects and colours, with a focus on traditional patriotic themes.– Shell Size variety must include 3“ thru 7“ shells.
