All fireworks must be fired using electronic or remote firing systems that are weatherproof and fail-safe to ensure safety and reliability. The display is required to use high-grade professional fireworks shells, ranging from 3 inches to 6 inches in diameter, with at least ninety 6-inch shells included.
The service provider must furnish at least two certified and experienced pyrotechnicians for the setup and execution of the display, supported by a sufficient number of trained assistants and handlers. The aim is to deliver a seamless, safe, and memorable fireworks experience for the community.
