The procurement seeks a vendor to deliver a minimum 25-minute continuous aerial fireworks display in Illinois. The display must begin at dusk and be visible above surrounding trees and buildings from approximately 4,000 feet away.

Must have a minimum of five consecutive years of experience in designing and executing commercial municipal fireworks displays.
Must provide a crew of experienced pyrotechnic operators.
Must have a written substance abuse program on file with the Village.
Must maintain commercial general liability insurance with an A.M. Best rating of A-/VII or better.
Must name the Village as an additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis.
Must provide a minimum 25-minute continuous aerial fireworks display.
Must comply with NFPA 1123 safety clearance standards.
Must have a licensed OSFM Lead Pyrotechnic Operator at least 21 years of age.
All assistants and support crew must be at least 18 years of age and direct employees of the contractor.
