(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks display services.– Fireworks display to take place as part of its annual fourth of July celebration, alternative date of July 3.– Display must be a continuous display with no significant breaks between shells.– Provide guidance for the display of fireworks from floating vessels and floating platforms.– Professionally administer a minimum of a thirty (30) minute display.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
