(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks display service. – Provide 20 minutes in duration professional fireworks display that is performed by a fully licensed and insured company that is approved by the local fire authority having jurisdiction for that location. – Provide their own launch site security prior to and during event. – Provide licensed pyrotechnic operator and any assistants for firing electronic powered display. – A fireworks display, plans for the display, inspections of the display site, and demonstrations of the display operations shall be approved. – Provide insurance certificates naming the city as co–insured for the event.
