(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks display service. – Provide as professional fireworks display during the agency’s 4th of July Celebration. – Show design, choreography (if applicable), and execution– All fireworks product, racks/mortars, electronic firing system, and equipment– All required federal/state/local permits and inspections– Safety plan and site layout with fallout radius and spectator boundaries– Licensed pyrotechnic operators and staffing– Coordination with agency staff, Fire Department, Police, EMS, and venue management– Site preparation, debris removal, and cleanup after the event– Staffing plan and responsibilities (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
