A South Carolina agency is seeking qualified vendors to provide and execute a professional fireworks display for their 4th of July Celebration event. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and choreographing the fireworks show, including supplying all necessary fireworks products, racks, mortars, electronic firing systems, and related equipment.

Responsibilities include obtaining all required federal, state, and local permits and inspections, providing a comprehensive safety plan with site layout and fallout radius, and establishing spectator boundaries. The vendor must supply licensed pyrotechnic operators and staffing, and coordinate closely with agency staff, the Fire Department, Police, EMS, and venue management. Additional duties will include site preparation before the event, as well as debris removal and cleanup afterward. A detailed staffing plan outlining roles and responsibilities is also required.
