(1) Vendor needs to provide fire station construction services to the government authority located in Angel Fire, NM. – Completed architectural drawings for a 13,034–square–foot facility by Hartman + Majewski design group. – Geotechnical, plat, and topographical surveys completed. – Designed prefabricated metal building (PEMB) kit, door or window package, and insulation or vapor barrier. – Construction staking, over–excavation, compaction, and pad preparation. – Fire project manager will work closely with the selected contractor to help track the progress of construction and ensure schedule, budget, and quality control. – Coordinate inspections across all trades to ensure code compliance. – Assemble the PEMB kit on the prepared foundation, including roof, walls, windows, and doors. – Create and manage a procurement budget for all materials and services through project completion.
