The government authority located in Carson City, Nevada seeks a vendor to provide rehabilitation services for fire investigation burn cells. The scope of work includes the demolition, removal, and proper disposal of materials and debris, as well as the provision of materials and qualified personnel for the reconstruction and restoration of four burn cells, consisting of two semi-trailer cells and two stand-alone cells.
The burn cells are essential for hands-on fire investigation training sessions, which are scheduled two to three times a year during the Fall, Spring, and Summer. Approximately forty-five students participate in these classes annually, each working toward Nevada Fire Investigator certification. The training combines classroom instruction, assignments, group activities, and practical experience processing fire scenes, equipping participants with the necessary knowledge to determine fire origins and causes.
This contract will have a term of one year.
