(1) Vendor needs to provide fire inspection software. – Inspection tracking systems software can be obtained commercially off the shelf with minimal or no software staff support, design, training or hosting solutions. – Customized online web portal to allow business owners and occupants to clear their own violations as determined by violation type. – Ability for the end–user to backup data to servers at any time pending system availability. – iPad mobile application or windows application. – Must quote Streamline Automation Software or an equivalent brand. – Supports current standard iPad devices with minimum data storage. – Streamline or equivalent brand software shall provide Client a hosting solution. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.
