(1) Vendor needs to provide fire incident records management system.– The Solution should be a Cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS). – The Solution must be a stand–alone application whose primary function is to collect and manage data and records related to fire incidents, investigations, and inspections. – Solution should allow external access by authorized Users to the Solution that is managed through account management or equivalent. – The Proponent should have an Incident response capability that includes the use of legally admissible forensic data collection and analysis techniques. – The solution should provide API based access for to support integration with key applications.
