The selected vendor will provide supplemental fine arts consulting services supporting staff and student development in the academic areas of art, dance, music, and theatre. Services may include designing, coordinating, and delivering marching band shows with aspects such as drill writing, program coordination, music composition or arrangement, and sound design.

Additional responsibilities may involve creating choreography and color guard routines—including equipment work—for student performances, as well as designing costumes and uniforms. The vendor may also be tasked with staff development, professional learning sessions, and providing related instructional materials, testing materials, educational kits, software programs, and licenses.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026. The contract will span one year, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than April 3, 2026.
