Must have a physical location within the County of Alameda.
Must be regularly and continuously engaged in the business of providing the specific fine art services for at least five years.
Must have experience working with established art museums and/or public art programs for at least three significant projects in the relevant service category.
Must possess all necessary permits, licenses, and professional credentials.
Must meet the County's Small and Emerging Locally Owned Business (SLEB) requirements or subcontract at least 20% of the total estimated bid amount to a certified SLEB.
Must be able to provide museum-quality fine art handling, framing, or fabrication services as specified.
