A government authority in Frankfort, Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide financial statement compilation and auditing services. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing annual financial statements for the public employee health insurance trust fund, including the trust administrative expenses fund and the flexible spending account fiduciary fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities include compiling the financial statements, preparing a working trial balance, handling period-end closing entries such as cash to accrual conversion and prior period reversing entries, and developing the annual financial statement in accordance with agency instructions. The vendor must also provide supporting work papers and schedules at fiscal year end for use by external auditors. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
