The client is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based financial software solution integrated with human resources and payroll functionalities. The application must support multi-user access and include robust security features, such as multi-level security controls, the ability to assign user groups, automatic sign-off for dormant users, and administrative tools for terminating remote access.
The system should have options for electronic approvals and electronic check signatures, check redistribution, and agency payment tracking. The software must be in use and proven for at least three years within various sizes of school districts. Additional requirements include electronic administrative control of check signing, the option to use different check forms, online account transfer submissions, unique staff and payroll ID numbers, and the ability to track multiple hire dates.
A five-year contract is anticipated for the selected provider.
