(1) Vendor needs to provide financial management system and enterprise resource planning service.– Provide integrated capabilities for:– A modern financial management system enterprise resource planning system that replaces agency and related legacy tools.– Implementation, data migration, integration, training, and ongoing support services required to successfully implement the solution.– The city's preference is for a cloud and Saas solution, but you will consider other models.– Provision of the software solution and licenses and subscriptions.– General ledger and fund accounting– Budget preparation management– Accounts payable– Accounts receivable, cash receipts, treasury– Procurement, purchasing, requisitions, purchase cards– Payroll– Human resources – Utility billing, financial management system– Fixed assets– Reporting and analytics– Security, system administration(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
