A city in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based financial management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The selected solution will replace existing legacy tools and must deliver integrated capabilities across core financial and administrative functions. Key requirements include implementation, data migration, integration with current systems, end-user training, and ongoing support.

The city's preference is for a cloud and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deployment, though alternative models will be considered. The system should support general ledger and fund accounting, budget preparation and management, accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, procurement and purchasing, requisitions, purchase card processing, payroll, human resources, utility billing, management of fixed assets, as well as comprehensive reporting, analytics, and robust security administration.
