The State of New York is seeking a vendor to provide annual renewal services for financial investigative software licenses. The scope of work includes the renewal of licenses for the CFIS Enterprise software by Actionable Intelligence Technologies, covering the period from January 8, 2026, to January 7, 2027.

The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering Tier 1 maintenance, support upgrade assurance, and an IDA library subscription. The renewal must also include technical and customer support, in addition to access to all new software versions released during the contract term.
